The American International, Lumber Industrial complex is situated thirty (30) minutes outside the beautiful beach resort City of Ixtapa, Mexico, at klm. 157 on the Ixtapa-Acapulco National Highway. 

The company industrial complex has been developed on a lovely eight (8) acre palm dotted property that is two hundred yards from the Pacific Ocean, with its its own beach. The companies building consist of a large modern office complex, a sixty thousand (60,000) square foot warehouse, employee dining rooms, showers and recreation facilities.

The lumber dry kiln facility consists of a Ponderosa and Sugar Pine lumber that is sol and distributed to American, and Mexican Molding, door, and furniture manufacturing plants. 

The kiln can dry 150,000 b.f of green pine and 300,000 b.f that has been air-dried for one week. The pine lumber processed monthly will exceed 1,000,000 board feet. Hardwood production of red and white oak is 200,000 board feet per month air dried for 90 days.


            

Our company is adding a new wellons one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) board feet double track kiln that will come on line in October of 2004. This will also allow our plant to dry other species of local hardwoods such as Oak, cedar, and high quality Mahogany.
